Our VoIP support opening hours for existing customers are as follows:
Monday 9am – 10pm
Tuesday 9am – 10pm
Wednesday 9am – 10pm
Thursday 9am – 10pm
Friday 9am – 10pm
Saturday 9am – 10pm
Sunday 9am – 8pm
We would prefer that VoIP support requests are initiated in the first instance by telephone by calling 01753 624121 because we are most likely to be able to answer your query immediately.
Customers who submit support and help requests via email should follow up with a telephone call if they have not received a response within 4 working hours.
