How Fax to Email works?

You can either get a fax number from us or port an existing fax number onto our system.  It is cheaper for us to supply a fax number because porting a fax number into us will cost an additional £19.99 plus VAT porting fee.

When a fax is sent to you it is received by our fax servers and automatically rendered into a PDF format.  The PDF is then attached to an email and delivered to your nominated email distribution list.

How Email to Fax works?

To send a fax via email requires that you first compose and create the document you wish to send in a PDF format. Attach the PDF to an email and address it to a fax number in a specific format that we provide. It is necessary to create an authorised sender list in our email to fax system so that security is maintained.  There are sending costs which vary destination by destination and these costs can be found in the online control panel.

Faxes cost from £0.05 per minute to send to UK destinations and all other destinations vary.

What range of Fax numbers are available?

We offer fax numbers in all UK phone number ranges and most international phone number ranges. The only one that we recommend that you don’t use is the UK freephone number range because you are charged to receive faxes.
