Traditionally to get the range of features now offered by VoIP, businesses would have needed very expensive kit on site. These would have also had expensive maintenance contracts in place to make any changes needed and required by the service.

Now with a hosted VoIP Service businesses can control their phone systems via apps and web portals, and handsets.  This is useful because you can control your Cloud telephony system easily via almost any device connected to the internet. 

The core infrastructure is held off-site and accessed via the Cloud.  It has built-in redundancy and failover systems to ensure consistent reliability.  

Hosted VoIP allows the workforce to be based anywhere in the world, whether at home, in the office and on the move.  Voice over IP is the ideal platform for remote working because you can connect your handset anywhere.

Hosted VoIP works with a range of different telephone devices and apps.  The Call Routing features allow you to blend which devices you use to make and receive calls. 

Available VoIP Plans

We offer multiple plans for our hosted Voice over IP Service, designed to suit any budget and most business needs.

  • Pay as You Go – Pay a low monthly fee per user, and pay variable charges to make calls or divert calls.  No lengthy tie-ins because of a month by month contract.  
  • UK Unlimited – Pay a monthly fee per user with unlimited calls and diverts to UK landlines and standard UK mobiles.  No lengthy tie-ins because of a month by month contract.  
  • EU Unlimited – Pay a monthly fee per user with unlimited calls and diverts to EU/UK landlines and standard EU/UK mobiles. No lengthy tie-ins because of a month by month contract.  
  • Low User VoIP Service – pay a monthly fee per user with 100 blended UK landline and UK mobile minutes per user.  Minimum contract 24 months.  
  • Medium User VoIP Service – pay a monthly fee per user with 1000 blended UK landline and UK mobile minutes per user.  Minimum contract 24 months.  
  • High User VoIP Service – pay a monthly fee per user with 3000 blended UK landline and UK mobile minutes per user.  Minimum contract 24 months.  
  • Custom VoIP Service – buy minutes bundles to use and share across the whole account, pay by service (not user). Minimum contract 12 months.  

Available VoIP Services

There are 3 types of VoIP Service that we offer:

  • Single User VoIP – typically for small businesses and micro businesses with a single employee and a limited budget.
  • Multi User Voice over IP – typically for businesses with 2 or more users. Discounts are available for 2 to 10 users, 11 to 50 users, 51 to 100 users and 100+ users.
  • SIP/IAX2 Trunks – for businesses with their own VoIP servers, each inbound trunk can carry 2 simultaneous calls. Outbound trunks available too.
